RBITC has been tirelessly working towards bringing transformational changes in the lives of children coming from financially challenged families from the time it has been chartered.It ensures that congenial environments are created through infrastructure development to make learning comfortable and enjoyable. In its endeavor to impart holistic education to the children in Whitefield and the neighboring areas, RBITC has joined hands with Whitefield Ready to conduct classes in English, Maths & Science and Computer Literacy. The focus is not only on academics but also on Sports and skill development.

Holistic development in our schools aims at the development of abilities physically, cognitively, socially, emotionally, and intellectually. All these abilities are co-dependent on each other. We ensure that development happens in each of theses areas through the sessions conducted in Dance, Drama, Arts & Music and also the specialized coaching in Football

As on date, RBITC is engaged in providing recurring support to the below mentioned 9 Government Schools & 2 Polytechnics in Whitefield area with the help of about 60+ volunteers. :-

Some of the interventions by RBITC in these schools are

• Construction of new classrooms & toilets
• Refurbishment of classrooms & toilets
• Provisioning of Computers for Computer Labs
• Water stations & regular maintenance of water stations
• Books for Library
• Teaching aids & kits
• Providing uniform & sweaters to kids
• Scholarships to deserving students to pursue higher education.
• Preventive Medical health checkups

Additionally, RBITC has been serving sumptuous breakfast to more than 2500 children in the adopted schools that has helped achieve -

• 28% average increase in enrolment
• 82% student retention in Primary Schools
• 80% attendance in classes.
• 90% of students moving into High Schools & pursuing higher education.

RBITC has also undertaken a mega project of constructing new buildings to accommodate the growing number of students in Government High School, Ramagondanahalli. The project is scheduled for completion in July 2023.
